One trend this Fall is animal prints. Take my grey denim jacket. It actually has a subtle leopard print on it. I think it’s fun with my grey hair and I think I’ll be able to style it several ways this season. The jacket is from Kut from the Kloth and I bought it at Evereve this season.
This time I put it over a white cotton v-neck tee from Chico’s on the Rack and paired it with a dark wash skinny jean from White House Black Market. For a neat accessory I wore a silver, chunky statement necklace that I found in an antique store in Seattle!
I wore tiny silver heart earrings that were a gift from a very close, very sick friend. Lastly I wore black suede Aquatalia boots with a block heel and cute little suede tassels on the zippers. Aquatalia is one of my favorite brands because the suede is so soft, and incredibly water-proof.
The cool flowers I’m standing by are actually flowering vines that I planted several years ago named sweet autumn clematis. These plants are aggressive growers but are perfectly placed on this split rail fence. They bloom every fall for a few weeks with a bright white, fragrant blossom. They do their big show when every one else is looking kind of scraggly. If you have a place that’s begging for a great vine, sweet autumn clematis is your girl! Happy Fall shopping!
