While visiting my son this weekend in New York we went out for several lovely dinners. I had heard about a restaurant in Gramercy Square called the Farmer and the Fish so thatās where we went. It was a lovely setting with terrific service. We both enjoyed our fresh fish entrees. And the Farmerās salad was a delicious riff on a Greek salad.
I wore a black and white print tunic (old) over a black Ann Taylor cami. I wore JJill black essential stretch cotton pants. Theyāre very comfortable and I especially like the small ankle slit. The side pockets are flattering as they have an invisible zipper which looks sleek. For shoes I wore nude Stuart Weizmann kitten-heeled sandals (old). My purse was a black leather cross body from Coach. This bag is convenient as it actually has both a shoulder as well as a shorter strap.Lastly I belted the tunic with a black leather and elastic belt. I find belting and then blousing a tunic over narrower pants to be a very flattering combination. That way my backside is covered but I still have a gentle waist emphasis. Do you think it works?
