The other day I had a bunch of green grapes that I purchased for a charcuterie platter. Unfortunately I couldn’t buy a little bunch so I decided to make this quick and easy treat with the leftovers.
One large bunch of red grapes
(Yep, that’s all that’s needed.)
Place the grapes in the blender and purée the fruit until totally smooth.
Using the little funnel that comes with the molds, pour the purée into the molds leaving 1/2 inch for freezer-related expansion.
Freeze for at least four hours or until very firm.
Find two cute neighbors to sample your wares.
And wait for their verdict.
I think they liked ‘em.
