Today we went to a pool party at my sister-in-law’s home. She is an avid rose gardener and the photos were from one of her many flower beds.
The day was cool and sunny so I wore a bright orange cotton JCrew cardigan as my top layer.
The navy, orange and white Boho top was from Anthropology and worked well with Ann Taylor Loft stone colored girlfriend chinos. I think this color pant is such a great neutral and is especially transitional at this time of year.
My necklace was a brown leather choker with multiple gold coins and charms. My bracelets were a thin and thick gold bangle from my mom and my gold watch was a gift from Mr. GQ. I wore small gold hoop earrings.
My sandals were gold flat Stuart Weitzman’s from several seasons back. I like how the navy and khaki say fall but the sleeveless top still says summer. We’re almost to Labor Day so it’s time to trot out the clothes that bridge the gap between the seasons. Happy Sunday!
PS If you would like to see several more looks with me wearing a cardigan, check out this blog post.
PPS. Here’s a fun post about ways to wear more boho tops.
