The other day I had lunch with my web designer at my home. I served a fun and easy Supermarket Shortcut Greek Chicken skillet meal. It was fun to make as well as incredibly easy. Most of all it was delicious!

For the tablescape I headed over to Homegoods where I found this darling lemon print tablecloth. It was very inexpensive and matched perfectly with some old olive green cotton napkins I had. For flowers I used a tiny series of glass vases that are attached to one another and clipped three daisies from my yard. The white dishes are from Crate and Barrel as are the glasses and the flatware. I have found Crate and Barrel housewares to be very durable as well as attractive. I love white or cream plates because they really contrast well with the colorful food.

I wore a comfy soft all cotton striped shirt, blue chambray shorts (both from Talbot’s) and white leather Keds. My necklace (multi-stranded silver beads) was from Evereve and my blue stone silver earrings were from Patricia Locke.

What I decided to write a blog this past May, my daughter suggested I contact her good friend Dana Marie Arnold.

Dana’s a delightful young woman who readily jumped in to develop my website and teach me how to get my blog up and running. I think her efforts have been attractive as well as professional in appearance. She’s an excellent teacher in that this “old dog” needed to learn many tricks in order to learn how to get the blog from my head to my readers’ screens. She has sent me several personalized videos to address any coding challenges that I’ve encountered. I highly recommended Dana for website design. The best way to reach her is on line at lovedanamarie.com.
