Perfect Outfits for What to Wear at Home (that are still considered Classy Looks)
/Tunic top/ Slim-leg pants/ Silver Loafers/ Earrings/ Watch
How do you feel about velour? I don’t know about you but I have a few items in my closet that I frequently reach for after a long, busy day of running around, errand doing, exercise class, and maybe lunch with a pal.
My FAVORITE comfy pants OF ALL TIME (before I found this outfit) are grey velour sweatpants from J. Jill several seasons back. So imagine my delight, when I recently stopped in at the J. Jill store near my home.

I asked the saleswoman if she had any velour pants. She made my day by showing me these black slim-legged velour pants. She said they came with a black velour tunic with a soft v-neckline. Since I was trying on the pants, I figured I would also try on the top. Both items were true to size. I am wearing a size small for each item.
I liked the whole outfit and was even happier to learn that the two pieces were on sale! I purchased them and took them home.
And when I popped them on with my silver loafers (sold out, similar, here), I knew I had the perfect outfit to add to my comfy work-from-home clothes. It’s so great for several reasons:

Both pieces are soft and pull-on in their style while still being somewhat form-fitting. The ensemble is wash and wearable and could also be a fun outfit (if paired with dressy sandals) to head out to dinner. The top is flattering on a Zoom call for those of us who do that in our jobs.
I love the quality of the items at J. Jill and they have a wide range of sizes. Below I have gone through the current sale items at the store and curated the best items in the category of classy looks that readily help with what to wear at home and work-from-home clothes that are comfy, yet pulled together. See If you agree. And let me know which items you like in the comments below. Oh, and tell me what you feel is the best outfit for what to wear at home.
